Career and Technical Student Organizations
Career and Technical Student Organizations (CTSOs) contribute toward developing students enrolled in career and technical education (CTE) through activities that develop leadership abilities, citizenship skills, social competencies, and a wholesome attitude toward living and work. Through the development of program standards, DCTE supports CTSOs and requires all school districts that offer state-approved CTE programs to establish local chapters as integral components of their CTE programs to complement and enrich instruction.
